The Greenhouse Outdoor Recreation Program (GORP) is a business incubation program focused on the development of entrepreneurs who are creating innovative products and services within the outdoor recreation industry. GORP offers three programs, each of which is designed to meet entrepreneurs where they are—geographically and in their business development.

available to all across Arkansas based in Bentonville
General Entrepreneurial Support
GORP offers a variety of a la carte services to idea-stage entrepreneurs to provide as-needed assistance with foundational business support. These services, available around the state, include:
- Workshops
- Networking events
- 1:1 consulting
- Legal services
Business Bootcamps
Queen Wilhelmina State Park—Mena, Polk County
Petit Jean State Park—Morrilton, Conway County
Pinnacle Mountain State Park—Roland, Pulaski County
West Delta Heritage Trail—Helena, Phillips County
Cohort Incubator
Located in Bentonville, the Cohort Incubator is a competitive program offered twice a year to selected applicants. This 12-week curriculum includes workshops, a dedicated mentor team, product/service development support, up to $15K per company of non-dilutive funding, and an intern from the Venture Intern Program. Companies accepted into the Cohort will be expected to commit an average of 15 hours per week to the program and their businesses.
Applications for the fall 2024 GORP Cohort will open in mid-June.
